1. These Terms apply specifically to aiact.bencium.io and replace the general Bencium website terms for this subdomain. By using the guide, you agree to these Terms. If mandatory law gives you rights that these Terms cannot exclude, those rights continue to apply.

2. The guide is an independent educational demo. It does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship. Its questionnaire results are limited to the answers selected.

3. Bencium Limited does not guarantee that the guide is accurate, complete, current, continuously available or suitable for a particular decision. Check the linked official sources and obtain appropriately qualified advice before acting on a matter that could affect rights, safety, market access or enforcement exposure.

4. External links are provided for convenience and source verification. Bencium Limited does not control external services or promise that they will remain available or unchanged.

5. You may use the guide lawfully and without trying to disrupt, overload, misrepresent or falsely present it as an official EU service. Do not remove source, independence or licence notices when redistributing project material.

6. Website code and the reviewer skill are provided under MIT. Original project explanations are provided under CC BY 4.0. EU documents, metadata, guidance and icons remain subject to their own official reuse terms.

7. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bencium Limited excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on the guide or an unavailable service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

8. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights and courts that apply to a visitor. The English project version governs these Terms, subject to mandatory local law.

9. People of all ages may access the guide. Children should involve a parent, guardian or teacher before relying on a result for an important decision.
